I'm so pissed off last night. Went to Tampines, Temasek Poly opp. there to eat my dinner.

I order kway chap. 2 bowls. one for my brother and the other is mine.
The kway chap looks nice.
Many humans are eating.

After waiting for 10 mins for my kway chap,
I went back and ask if mine order is ready
they said :'' Wait. coming soon. ''
okay, u say that. i can wait then

After 20 mins,
I ask again. ''where's my kway chap?''
They say ''It's coming''
I'm already fuming.

The last stroke.
They serve the table in front of me first when i was already waiting first
My dad told him loudly,
''Hello Mr, we wait for so long already. why you serve them first? ''
The food handler reply: '' Hello, we go by queue number. don't anyhow say''
My dad told him we dun want the kway chap anymore already.

Then the food handler came with my kway chap.
And he began to raise his voice: '' Nah, your kway Chap. see, i got to prove one. we write down your order and go by the queue.''

I was very angry inside already.
I smiled and told him: '' Do you need to raise your voice? You think your stall is the only one that sell kway chap? ''
I teared the paper that they scribble my order in front of him.
I don't care how people think.
And told him: '' Excuse me, please go away, mine hokkien mee is here. ''

He walked away disgusted.
I am also disgusted.
Remember my face. I also remember your store.
Guys, it is Tampines opp. TP.

Is this the way to treat customer?
customer is always correct.
I waited for 25 mins or so?
Just for 2 bowls of kway chap.
