31 st DEC 2005. last day of 2005... hmm happy or sad? mixed feelings.. but better than 2004!! cos it was o level that time and meet some problems.. 2005 is a better year.. except of cos some up and downs...

anyway, 31st Dec, mean 2 more days i will be 18 yrs old!! always new yr, means i will be older in 2 days time..

an 18 yr old boy: - can go pub to drink.. ( at last, i m qualify in some pubs)
- can buy beer and liquor more open.. ( lastime, always worry the ppl dun let me buy.. had an experience at downtown east)

- can watch M-18 movie!! (kids below 18.. cant watch ar... onli kor kor can watch.. lol )

- most IMPORTANT: CAN LEARN DRIVING!!! goin to take my theory tests in 2006. and hopefully acheive my license by Dec 2006. i wan to beat my bro in gettin his driving license.. he got it at a age of 19 yrs old.

then ya off to meet my buddies.. kian siong and fang rui. long time din find them to have a hearty chat.. quite fun always.. laugh .. tok craps.. joke. serious abt work. tok abt each other life... how we are doing in sch, life..

anyway... i kind of pity of fang rui.. he don koe a lot of his poly work.. currently pursing a degree in chem science.. this area.. and when i saw his notes.. work. oh my.. lucky i din choose JC life and this kind if science stream.. so boring... so sian. all chemical equations.. all the science terms ... yucks.

i prefer my hospitality and tourism work.. big smile. =D lucky i choose the rite course... anyway, lookin at TP website, they have new courses... such as spa and resort management... and more others in hotel related diploma... and thye kind of stduy yr 2 in sentosa too... juz like my course..then senotsa got so much space to have all of us together? anyway, wont think i will be affected.. since is yr 2 for them...

kian siong was teaching fang rui chemistry.. while i was staring outside the glass of the viewing mall... so nice. the aircrafts. the airlines. the airport... everything and anytin abt aircraft..

an overview of 2005... Hmm... was working 3 companies this yr. 2 Japanese and 1 local company. worked from Dec04- Feb05 in Best Denki (Singapore) Pte Ltd. as a salesman... maybe shld say as a salesboy. cos a lot humans aka my customers ask me abt my age. My god..

and got one funny case was : this boy same age as me brought his parents to buy MP3... i was selling those that time.. and the boy wanted a particular model. but he dun dare to speak to me .. think he scare i eat him up ... so he was telling his mum to tell me he want to take a look at that model.

and he was like keep telling his mum what he wants.. blah blah.. and i was explaining to them abt the functions.. and he was like quite paiseh to talk like that.. and later his mum say :'' why dun u tell him what u want.. instead of you tell me, i then tell him...'' and i realised oh ya huh.. so mafan.

and then his mum was saying.. wha, he aso after o level.. but he always at home.. nv go work. haiZ... same age ar, same after o level.. but different life ar... =)

at best denki, make some friends ... anthony , quite a nice guy actualli... but he ate up my commission ... but what to do, in the 1st place i shld dun have commission anyway. he gave me $300++ and the rest ($100) he put into his pocket.. but i koe i shld not have any in the 1st place.

then aso kelvin. nice guy too. crapy.. still say me back... then ya with Syed, they always tok abt girls... customers dress.... still rem once, they damn ditry.. got this vietnam girl.. she rather new to singapore.. and they was teasing her as in they can bring them to singapore... if she needs them.. lol. we (4 guys) was laughing like hell la..

then ya later my contract ends around feb. so ''jobless'' for 2 weeks. not long, after chi new yr, got another job. my uncle.. from NTUC income insurance.

then ya meet 2 great pals which i still keep in contact with... brandon and joshua. at 1st, i was rather unhappy and sad.. cos a lot of things was not going my way.. my 1st day of work is my worst nightmare ... i sent out 100 emails wrongly.

anyway.. we 3 often go sim lim square and play PS games... we play Dead or Alive. then later no more.. so we play soccer game.. then later this is the best : BURNOUT. so fun. we lunchtime. would rush like seow. eat veri fast then speed off to sim lim square to play. this is our daily routine for the past 1 month. love to smash people cars.. crash.

then ya off quit my work... cos got to go Egypt. went with my mom only. rather mysterious. and i dun regret going. although i almost ''die'' there... terriost attacks. and heat stroke.

i wanted to say is egypt is worth going in my eyes. the pyramid so grand, and the air is fill with mystery. the rich history that will make u headache. and curising down the nile river at nite is very very very romantic. and ya u seen what's inside the pyramid?? it's worth seeing ! not going to tell you what's inside.. cos is believe to be a curse if u say it out... =X

then ya go poly.. at 1st rather feel lonely.. cos not many friends.. and weird. then ya got a bunch of friends la... closer frens. .. then ya more use to poly life. but still, feel rather carefree than secondary sch days. muz be there is no maths tution anymore and forever!! maths tution... disgusting.

and ya went to dye my hair.. dye to bronze colour.. and later it faded.. so went to highlight to Golden. then later still not happy. and went to buy the dye and DIY. dye to brown. but to no great effect.


then ya aso went to Sri. lanka/ India .. saw the beautiful beach.. i can juz imagine how the tuniasmi destroy it. the sand so white. the water so crystal clear. the ppl so friendly. but the local guide say there is still a sense of worry whenever they go near the sea. Natures create it but also destroy it. some of the houses are like... so poor...

and ya work at my 3rd company. call sakae.. went to find this job with tze shuen. thanks to ren jie who help us to get into this job. and later, posted to Tanjong pagar.. and back to bugis. then intro keng kee to sakae... dunno if this is a mistake not.. cos i was rather unhappy with the management.. and wanted to quit.. but for whatever reason, i stay and took back my resignation letter.. and so i m still working part time now. to support myself. =)

back home dreaming.. not goin out.. feeling very tired.

then ya walk from the place we eat all the way to suntec? quite a far walk after i realize at suntec. i din realize it becos along the way, mermories flow back and occupied my mind. i dunno why and the sudden feeling of that... past history...

last nite, told my mum that she nv give enuf money to ah ma. which is my mum de mum.. i told her that ah ma say u nv give her eunf money... cos u see my ah ma cook for us, she stay my home mon-fri. wash clothes, take care of my family. and yet my mum onli gave her $400 allowance. which i think is not enuf to be frank. the food here is so expensive. my ah ma everytime go market, sure need to spent $40 onwards.. and she goes to market so many time juz to buy food for my family to cook.

been thinking abt it.. so told my mum abt it. and she throw a big fuss... she was saying she dun wan to give so much $ becos she dun wan ah ma to buy 4D.. which she always buy and NEVER win. ( so sway frankly) and my mum say gave her less money so she can dun need to buy too much dishes for us.. cos my ah ma cook so much. and its all for her own gd, that is what my mum explain. and ya she provide so many things for us... but hu provide for her.. haiZ.. i hear already aso dunno what to say...

but one thing i koe for sure is.. my ah ma receive not enuf $. becos she buy many many food.. and this cost huge amt of money. and my ah ma was saying even if i buy food for u all, is becos i love u all.. i dun wan u all to go hungary.. and if i cook a few dishes, it is veri difficult to cook. must well dun cook at all. when i hear this, thousands of emotions flow thru my mind.

i realli wish my mum would gave her more $. becos the fact that i dun wan to take any allowance from my mum now proves that my mum got more cash at hand.. y not give ah ma more $, since she now already so old, how many more years can she live? haiZ.. when tok abt money, everyone show their true faces,..

MONEY OR LOVE? love is definitely what i want.

feel like deciding to take out $ from what i earn and gave to my ah ma. so she can have more cash. but i m very sure my ah ma dun want moi money. so what shld i do? i plan to withdrawl money out from my account and when my mum gave me $ to pass to her, i will add in moi too.. then my ah ma will think is from my mum. but one side effect: how long will this last? i dun have the $ to gave her monthly... but i will try my best to see what i can do .

hoo.. was watching the sam leong moi idol show on channel u last nite.. wha cool sia, he cook for SIA in flight dishes... i aso want to cook SIA dishes one day...

u see, my dream is to be a pilot.. and aso now my dream is to be a chef. so why dun i combine these 2 points? so i can be a chef cooking for an airline company... i dun mind cooking dishes for Emirates!! or Singapore Airline, Cathay pacific.. blah blah... and more others..

even u cook, aso need to have info abt air travel food. not as easy as coking juz like that.

learn a few tips :

1) on board aircraft food is often cook 1 day before is served.
example: cook on monday, but u will eat it on tuesday, the next day.

2) they put in the fridge.. and the air steward will heat it up on the air.

3) cooking food for ppl eating 15,000 feet above sea level is a challenge.

4) you need to sure that the taste is not too strong. why? becos ppl travelling on board often dun have huge appetite, they dun eat much, if the smell too strong, will make them sick instead.

5) the seasoning: cannot be too much and too long. becos it will make the food not too nice on board.

6) the food muz be easy to eat. best without bones... becos passenger have limited space on their seat. they dun wan to dirty their hand then later so mafan go to the washroom to clean it.

so intresting... work as airline chef.

love cooking... i dream of cooking the best desired cook for everyone. to be a world renowed chef. travel around the world. my idol that i m working hard to achieve is samuel lee, his cooking show is on channel U ( every tue, 9.30pm) the show veri niCe... shows how a chef cook, what they do, travel around the world to teach and supervise people... scold if cook is not up to standard, reprimand those who does not practise hygience and does not follow the steps accordingly.

Cooking is an art to me. it teaches us to be patience. it teaches us on how to deal with many problems involving cooking. cooking require skill, not everyone can cook well. but with determaination and hard work, everyone can cook well.

i dream to wear the chef hat, taking a wok in my hand, swooping the food around the wok, let the food fly above the wok, sprinkle a bit of alcohol and the fire will appear... buring the food a litle so as to give out the smell of the food. supervise people to ensure top quality of food is served. every step ,every ingredient, is very important. the timing is the most crucial part.

A good food is where the timing is just right. what need to be cook 1st and last is veri imp. it will affect the taste and smell given out. the art of presentation is aso very imp. a good food when served will make the customer feel happy if it is decorate nicely. a nice food is one which is make up of colourful dishes.

the freshness of food is VERY IMP. chef need to ensure the quality of freshness is there. go to market.. and koe the type of criteria to select fresh food.. ( sound like F&B modeule)

i fond of cooking since sec sch days. keep seeing my ah ma cook food. so fun. whenever she not cooking, i will be crawling up to cook from bed. remember last time around sec 3, i woke up in the middle of the night to cook... i crept from my bed to kitchen just to cook. i love cooking but my ah ma nv want me to cook. so i no choice but to cook secretly.

then middle of nite, i would heat up the wok, pour the oil and make sure the oil is hot before cooking. i digged the fridge and find
1) caxin (vegetable)
2) minced meat
3) egg

i started to fry those caxin, put the branch 1st (thicker, so is harder to be cook) then add the leaves of caxin... add little of salt, then lastly need to act oyster oil on top. ( to make the veget taste sweeter and make it look greener; improve the sight)

then cook minced soup and fried eggs. wow.. the eggs i fry was quite nice i muz admit.. lol. it is half cooked in the middle of the egg yolk. then the white part is cooked ( but not over cooked)

i keep contorlling the fire so as to make the egg white cook, but not so cook for the egg yolk. firstly, heat up the oil to make sure is dman hot. secondly, pour the egg nicely without breaking. use the pan and shake it around. oil is poured over the egg smoothly. this time, the egg white will be about to cook already. so make the fire smaller so as the egg yolk in the centre can be cook as the heat of the fire will travel to the centre. when u see the egg yolk abt to become bigger in size, it means the egg yolk is 60% cook. ths time , make the fire bigger for one last time so as to bring out the smell of egg and ensure the surrounding (egg white) is cook. then a plate of egg is done!

anyway, i haVE been thinking of the dishes i want to cook after xmas.

1st dish : Deep fry tofu, with minced meat over it ( the sauce will be sticky, by putting flour) and carrots and slices of cucumber to add colour to it --- needs seasme oil, normal cooking oil

shall name this dish as : GOLDEN TOFU

2nd dish: soft shell crab! buy it from chinatown maret where it will be fresh. dun buy it from NTUC where it is frozen for weeks...

deep fry the soft shell crab (SSC) cannot over do it.. the fire shld not be too big. put prawn flour over it to deep fry. add seasme seed over it ( more fragrant)

shall name this dish as : FLYING CRAB

3 rd dish: mixed vegetables... cook it by deciding which type of veget to cook 1st. is veri imp. diff veget takes diff time to be cook. the timing is imp . to cook the gravy, chop many garlic into small slices.. (very small), add bit of chicken soup ( soup muz be cook for at least 3 hr, best use chicken is those that are old, use the bones more) then add flour to make it a little sticky... after frying the vegetables, pour the gravity over it and is done!

shall name this dish as : FORTUNE OF GRASSES

okay, waited for stupid bus 69 for 15 mins?? i thought i was early.. so took moi time.. then how i koe that 69 bus havent arrive ... wait wait.. wait! then ya reach the test venue late.. actualli is not late.. havent started. but u see when u reach there, and u see everyone reading the paper, getting ready.. and u juz arrive... the feeling is so anxious la.

then ya quickly took out my pencil box , calculator and the book... too excited till i took out the lecture book while the test onli allow textbk. was wondering why other ppl book so different from mine? then realized how foolish am I. haiZ...

then no ned to wait long, the test start. and i was still anxious.. and heart pump so fast cos i was ''late''. realized i do my qn1 very slow. so i speed up. finish the paper 5 mins from time. heng ar./ can finish.

then gave the late xmas gift to keng kee. i want to TIE him up ma, so gave him a tie. anyway, meet tze shuen, then decide to go home with him. then aso meet joseph ( sakae's colleague) then aso meet felix ( french project cum ex pri sch mate) they say did wrongly for 1 qn. felix did calculate wrongly and joseph was sayin he did not draw the table??

anyway... i find the test within my limits. which mean i can do--> Do+ABLE.

hey, i practise so hard u see... i do all the test papers... (4) at the bakc of lecture bk. becos i was afraid not doing well //// u see... i got onli 12/20 in class test. i was so poor la.. i koe i got to buck up and strike it well this time around. hopefully... i m able to this test~!

but got 1 qn i in doubt. wondering shld i be happy or not happy? ( it is the qn that ask if i shldd be happy .... blah blah.. the industry mean is *** the standard deviation is ***.) i dunno that one. i write i shld be happy ma.. cos std deviaton for my richard company is high which means it is more consistent. and the mean is 10-15 .

now i think back.. am i wrong in that 3 marks qn??? haiZ,.

so SAD. becos of moi hair... Haiz// i bought the dye weeks ago. and i just use it yesterday. half way while i was studying, i thought of my hair dye and decide enuf is enuf! i cant wait to dye my hair le! so took it out and my dad help me with it.

it is suppose to be light bRwon colour.. but guess what... i got a shock... it turns out to be....

BLACK... as if i nv dye before like that.. the colour is so light~ WTH. i cant believe it!

waste of time and money. but these are not imp as compare to my health. my brother was looking and commenting, '' Din u read newspaper? ppl who dye hair got higher risk of getting cancer?'' he was cursing me to get cancer if i keep dying my hair. my mum was not too happy abt it. and she say the nextime i dye will be at least 6mths or a yr from now.

and u see... my hair is black.. not the desired result i want. and i have another 6-1 yr time before i can dye my hair? haiZ.

Oh... ya today is xmas exchange for my class... and ya i brought the present for class exchange but i din bring moi present for grp exchange!! oh gosh~ hey, i thought today was onli for the class exchange.. i din expect we are to exchange gift with my closer grp of friends together..... met peizhen, charlene, shuxian, pam at biz sch ... and then i realize

then ya now to grp exchange: today then realized is peizhen giving me presents... hahaZ. and she juz throw the present to me.. and when i see it, the 1st tin is.. wow,. the box is so nice..

then ya inside is a shirt... and pam was sayin they dunno what to buy for me.. a tie? then they decide on this shirt... and ya the size was like so small to me at 1st i thought... pam say she choose the size that she can wear and juz plus 4cm... oh my god!

then ya since peizhen gave me, i shall wear it to give her face... hahaZ. so i wore it during lecture... change my old clothes.

then ya my project grp now want to exchange presents too.. since they say is so fun... hahaZ. and i m suppose to come up with one present by next thur. we draw lots.. and ya guess who i pick? is Emy .. (again) she aso receive my present from the class exchange... and now buy her another present again... =D

actualli i m not suppose to say that i pick Emy... but since i doubt she would by pass my blog.. so HmM... what shld i buy for her? perfume?

anyway, i sure will give my xmas present to Mr.Keng Kee on monday.... (if i remember?)

Time flies... X'mas time is back! last yr xmas was quite dull... i was alone at home.. with only TV to keep me accompany. but i still rem the TV programms on xmas eve sux.. all so lousy.. looking outside the window.. can imagine many many ppl out there celebrating.. full of laughters.. while moi hse was so quiet.. but i choose to be alone last xmas. i dun wan to go out... cos i was feeling bored and confuse. but that was lasy yr. 2004.

Now, is xmas time 2005~!! another yr gone... i would not make myself sad again this xmas...

recalling back... the xmas i spent in Canada... was so funnnnn..... never i swear before in my life i had such a wonderful xmas... and ya since one in Canada... where they really celebrate xmas like our chinese new yr.... it was so great.. the atmosphere. the air. the weather. it was kind of snowing in canada arond xmas. white snow falling down./ weather was freezing cold. but the warmth i receive is juz too great. i dun feel cold.

snow falling.. and they have lots of those xmas tree outside their home.. so nice, with white snow covering the leaves. i had seen it on Tv. but till when i go there myself, i experience it and will never forget. white xmas.



during xmas, u can see lots of ppl having parties... and my relative hold the xmas party. they got this tradition that every family member have to be Sanata Claus at least one time.. and they will take turn every yr. and ya so much fun. we exchange gifts.. how? the kids would go to the xmas tree to look out for their name.. and everyone would gather around. kids open the presents on the spot and say how they feel abt the presents. as in thye like it? and who they wanna thank for the yr..

remember that i accompany my uncle back in canada to buy a xmas tree to decorate his hse. they sell REAL xmas tree ( spore uses fake tree) .. we took an hr to select the tree and when reahc home, the kids would decorate the trees... so fun. i still rem i and her ya play so much. that was one of the best time i will forever keep in my heart.

they will aso decorate their hse beautifully with lights outside.. they have competition where the most attractive light up houses will win attractive prizes.. so nice/.

went to sch today after yest rest. my stomach sort of feel better. then ya attend travel operations tutorial.. lucky i go attend. the calculation part looks so chim.. if i nv go, sure i dunno... then go for lecture...

mid way, i decide to pon macroecon.. becos i dun feel well. and since i have 3 chances to pon, i shall take my 1st one. went to the bank with my mum to sign .... she put under my name... becos i follow her to the bank... then i need to sign 4 signatures... resign cos my signature not consistent... alamk. so paiseh u koe.

then meet at the egypt trip de friends... my mum chatted for a while. then go eat lunch. back home, sleep... i m so sleepy... and tired. later, my brother came back from army... the hse suddenly sort of a bit noisy.... he complain and say gon for road march tml... 22km.. then ya dinner time, i cant eat anytin except open my mouth for 3 times to sallow food. cos i was feeling simply too weak and sick. my stomach hurts again. decide enuf was enuf. how much can i afford to save? so i told moi parents to bring me see MR. Doctor.

Me: '' hi, i m sick... stomachache.. sourish pain, want to go toilet but dun have. ''
doctor: '' oh, i see.. come let me check your stomach... ''

Me:'' ok, '' (thinking in my mind, whatever, as long as u can cure my illness, u are good doctor)
he then prescribe me the pill which i must put it at my anus.. so i can go lau sai. i was like huh? how to put? he demo a bit la. so is pretty easy i tink.

then went back home, put that pill size into my anus.. as he say, squeeze right into it, control it from dropping.. 30-1 hr time, u will sure go toilet... so ya after putting for 1 hr, finally, i visit the toilet... after 3 days... after buying aND eating bananas... papayas... eat plum fruit.. at last this pill does work~

then took MC for 1 day... actualli wanted took monday. he say law dun allow. onli today... anytin.

feel so bad.. i seem to be missing a lot.. i feel from sch.. the tutorial qn... hmk... i dunno how is it. my frens told me got 12/20 for biz stats test.. so sad.. =( i study... did put in effort... i koe. study 3 times lo.. that week... juz for biz stats.. but still so poor.. worry for biz stats. the test is 5%. cna say not much though. but still my result so poor.. somemore, nv went to sch on monday to listen to the explanation to the ans... which worry me most.. cos i dunno how to ans the qn... mid term test sure will come out again...

reCall... yest, sunday went to work despite my stomach not feeling good... work from 12-8pm.. then go shopping for xmas gifts.. afternoon, that Joey put me as runner for the nite.. then later told joey my stomach no gd, she say still got to be a runner.. i was like.. what? u so cruel? anyway, later realize that she change me from runner to table 1-6.

anyway, my stomach has been giving me problems since late sat nite... it was so pain till i got to eat pills.. but the result that liverpool won make me happy. but still i m moddy cos my stomach condition...

today morning woke up .. stomach not feeling well.. told mum i cant go... then ya put some oil on my stomach.. and was screaming in Pain in my heart... u will never koe how it feels till u get the experience... so pain.

sleep all day.. wake up... walk walk.. eat.. then back to the bed.. moi body is so weak now... haiZ.

i want to recover well.. but i have not seen a doctor.. cos i thought this is a small problem juz stomahcache.. and to save money too.. but now it seem i cant take it.. maybe tml morning i drag myself to sch.. and later go see a doctor... btw, i did not study for my french .. the test is on wed.. i m so worry for the test... hope.. pray. wish. i can recover and do well in the test on wed.

oo.. early in the moring, went to meet lishi cos i koe i will sure fail my french language next week test... so got to study.. so stress by french! haiX...

then ya have lunch with my grp members.. cos they complain i seldom with them... but with keng kee they all... and question me before if i enjoy being in the same grp with them... Hmm.. actualli is okay la, becos all my members are serious.. but juz feel a bit pressure at times... keke.. seeing other grp taking it slowly and easy, i hope my grp would be the same as them.

anyway, after lunch, i promised lishi,sylvia and valeri to accompany them to shopping at Tamp Mall. but somehow or rather, keng kee call me and told me they (AMC grp) goin to k-box!! WHOO.... k box? okay, count me in!! *ting* =D

and so we skip principal management lecture and go play!~

so i followed them to k box.. AMC grp always rox! and ya went to marina mall... Hmm.. nice place! all looks so new.. went with peizhen, keng kee, pam, joyce, maltida... peizhen was working there so ya we all go marina..

Hmm.. k box= singing! oh =D then so we started to sing.. and sing.. and sing... realized today my voice no good (since when my voice is good anyway) but realli not so gd as compare other day.... cant raise my voice and bring it thru the high pitch.. the turning point of the voice... no gd. haiZ. dissapointed. then ya we went for a walk ard marina mall.

we were walking when we pass by peizhen working place... hahaZ.. i was telling maltida guess what peizhen is doing... and un-huh! she was giving out balloons.. as to kids la.. hahaZ.. what a job! better dun laugh at ppl 1st, later me nextime outside sakae sushi and i will be like?!?!

and this is the highlight of the day!! we meet MC member.. btw, i am AMC member... so u see it is pretty disgusting to meet MC humans... i heard pam was sayin.. ''MC members are here... '' at 1st, i thought it was a joke.. till i realise and saw them... bitches.. bimbos! they call themselves pretty bimbos?? oh my god... i heard their noisy bunch of voices outside the shop lo... and i was like my god, we are so ''lucky'' ... and tian chuang was like'' keng kee and jaren, why din call us? '' my ya!! call you.. anytin. juz to please you and make u go away asap. disgusted. totally.

then ya went to find amy. she quit poly and go work now at esplande... wha, what a posh place to be working at... she dress till so different.. so different from poly. as in mature and look better la.
and she was saying her bimbos juz look for her.. and that if she want to come back poly for 1 lecture and meet up then have lunch with us and bimbos together! what together??! hahaZ... is veri difficult to have lunch with bimbos.. but i will try my best if i m force to.. lol.

anyway, outing with AMC is always nice and fun..

so ya love this subject... it reminds me of my experience.. and it has always been my passion in wanting to know how the industry work. i always when receive brochures, air tickets.. etc. wonder how do those ppl come together to make the trip a successful one?? right now, i m studying into the factors... shiok.

today my tutorial teacher teach us how to read a tour receipt.. or dunno what is that thing call.. i tink is given to tour agency.. and from there you will koe the airline name.. departure time/date , arrival time/date, flight number, code city for example singapore is SIN. bangkok is BKK. we can also koe the elasped flying time and the something like daylight saving time. for example if we travel from singapore to vancouver, we can see the ticket will write SIN-VAN 2330/1745 +1 the plus one mean the additional day... if u travel on tue, means u will reach there on wed. a day in advance. and the time would mean the time of the destination.

we can also see the type of aircraft.. such as 747, 737, 777, 336, 300, from what i koe and a bit of experience, cos everytime before i board the plane i will see what is the type of aircraft. and i notice the model of aircraft. but i always forget the no. of seats in the corner and the centre row. but i koe starting from 7_ _ is boeing. and from 3_ _ is airbus.

and ya it also shows the type of class such as busineess, first and economy class. i still remember asking my mum what 'Q' stands for on my air ticket.. and she don koe the ans. but now i koe. it is a code to differenciate the class on baord the aircraft. First class code is ''F'' business class code is '' J'' or ''C'' and economy class is ''Q'' or ''Y'' or ''M'' and others...

it also tell us the no. of stops if the aircraft would make. if it has 0 stopover it is call non-stop flight. if it has more than 1 stop over a city it is call direct flight. so intresting. i have always like aeroplanes and wonder how they function ... as in the allocation of seats.. checking in and out...

how i wish i can study more into this kind of things; (aircraft) model number... design of seats in the cabin... how to serve customers on board, what an aircraft need to do before take-off and landing...

today went to sakae with keng kee... i was kind of lookin forward to end my job today. but the area manager (devon) and alex ( branch manager) was there ... then do my work la.. as usual, that chiew lin i think she wan to impress them.. she keep standing near there.. at the back near the kitchen... and i was kind of in front.. at the cashier cos i dun wan to see her face.. suddenly, i felt freedom... realli no kidding. so relax. no chiew ling= no shouting= happy.

then franklin came up to me.. ''jaren, devon want to chit with you. '' and that time i was busy.. so after 5 mins i then go look for him. but he already not at the area le. i was kind of regret.. cos i m sure he goin to ask the reasons why i quit.. since ren jie and company all recently quit... and so many staff like tze shuen, and qing liang.. aso go off.. so i was preparing my ans in my brain.. i told myself since this is my last day, i muz well voice out my opinion..

but he was not around. wasted! but alex was still there.. and alex pull me to one corner.. and ask me why i quit.. ''jaren, i receive your resignation letter, why u quit? '' and i juz todl him abt my study and i don like some staff here.. and he told me he can transfer me to elsewhere.. dun need to quit.. he ask me go tink abt it. but in my mind i was like.. no thanks.

then devon came back. he saw me. ask me the same qn as i expected. ''why u want to quit?'' he took me to the staircase at the back corner.. we chatted for i tink 15 mins there ba... so hot. i was sweating all over. he told me to voice out.. and so i took the opportunity. i mention chiew ling that she tok too much. i repsect her as senior staff. but the least she could do is respect us. i am human too. i deserve respect. everyone do, i tink. no matter who you are.

and devon say he koe she tok too much.. ask me not to bother her. dun juz becos of 1 ppl so i quit. he say smth that really change my decision. '' you koe why that time i choose u to go CPF to work? becos i tink u have the potential. u are very hardworking. our company dun want to lose such a staff like you.'' with this sentence.. i m realli flattered.


but i dun wan to show it out, so i was kind of sayin.. but frankly speaking.. the pay is not very attractive.. of cos with a smile at him la. and told him it is becos i love to serve ppl that i choose to work here.. not realli becos of money. and he say '' ya, i koe. although i m not here often, (referring to bugis) but i koe the quality of service and your passion.. i remember u once told me u are a hospitlaity student.. so i assume u like me like to be in the service industry'' he realli hit the spot. he was correct. he told me he was once like me, studying iN SHATEC. and that in F&B, is imp to have experience. so i told him.. ya ture. and he ask me where i want to work? so i told him parkway. and he immediately call Adens (dun koe her name la, she area manager too) then she say parkway full le. no ned ppl .

and he ask me if i want to go sentosa.. i told him i will think abt it. anytime i wan to ho, juz tell him.. i was kind of shock la. tell him, and i can go to senotsa? anytime? realli kind of puzzled. since when i m kind of big shot.. seriously. he aso promise me to have my salary increase in 3-4 mths time.

conclusion: i told him okay, i take back my resign letter. so i will continue to work at bugis for the time being. and told him maybe around jan or feb i will go to senotsa ba. cos next sem, i will be studying at sentosa. and he say sure. so ya i m still working at bugis.. i shall not care abt chiew lin.

wake up very very i mean really very early to do my resume and cover letter.. that mrs. lai want us to edit.. show her 2 times le.. still need to edit. i m sure no matter how many time we show her, still got error.. Hmm.. hope this time the error will be few. took 1 hr to edit.. then ya read the daily newspaper.. Argh... singapore onli get 4 Golds.. =( sad. disappointed! but ya jia you.. esspecially 1 of my fren.. she representing spore in swimming.. wish her all the best.. grab the Gold medal do us proud.. see she eveeryday train 3 times daily.. hard work man. and ya wushu! they did okay la.. but ya the standard of wushu nowadays in international is realli very HIGH. those represent singapore is very very gd le. but still.. cant get the gold medal... =(

anyway.. then went with keng kee to bugis to give our resignation letter.. with our photocopy IC. i want my pay! sure pester them de... then ate KFC to celebrate we quit sakae.. lol. saw jimson boarding bus 23. but i think he ''blind'' so give us a miss. reach lecture hall late... Ooooo

Glad. what more can i feel... suddeny feel so relaxed. i have QUIT sakae.. i cant stand the managment there.. and Chiew ling!! she angers me a lot.. she is the main reason.. enuf is enuf.. and why shld i work overtime up to 11.30pm at nite when they onli count my time to 10.30pm.. i not so stupid to work 1 hr extra for u guys all the time. i have it enuf!

my mom was rather happy.. and now she want to have a heart to heart chat ....again?!?! alwys have it de.. and the talk will be like 1.5 hr long...

i sort of bui song to chew ling la.. she purposely ask me to take this and that for her... shit her! i give her my bui song look lo... not happy, with her.. fuck off! she likes to nag nag nag... then she supervise us the nite duty... i was kind of sian la.. why she supervise us? anyway.. so when i was cleaning the belt.. i told xiaopei... '' I want to resign from Sakae'' and she ask me why..
