hate it... i hate it! i love my work as in providing service to people... and of cos if i receive good feedback from customers or customers who are good, i will be happy....

BUT is the management and the colleagues i have that piss me off... FUCK off ... i dun like to use the word fuck... but she force me to say that.... and who is her? none other than CHIEW LIN... the more i see her, the more i feel like killing her... TOK like a pig... English so lousy.. Think she senior so can command a lot of things.. think she very experience... *yawn* fuck off la..

i cant imagine haoping help her to buy drinks... he muz been force to... if that fat pig ask me to do anytin, i WILL NOT do for her... NEVER, over my dead body... lastime working at sakae so fun, got people of my age... who we can at least chit chat... got Kang ting, tze shuen, Richard, Aaron, Roony!! i like toking to Roony lo. heard that he aso dont like CHEW LING. wha, if he is still working, at least i can gossip bad things together with Roony.. curse ABOUT her together... tok so much, what service can she provide....she think she is that great.. impress boss onli... suxer.. wonder how she can promote to senior service crew.. muz be licking boss buttocks all these yrs la.. shld ask her how it taste?

and joey... sian. last time qutie good... now, very very demanding.. much more. i dun like to be runner. love to provide service to ppl, but not delivering of food.. u koe how stressful is it to be a runner... and joey was like '' now u runner ar, i dun wan to see jammed ar.. u always jammed, '' wha sian, hear her words already veri discouarging le... no mood to do even before i start...

then ya during briefing, she say my performance dropped... and that anyone who is not up to standard they will FIRE that person off... and i was thinking... come on la!
i am waiting to leave this stupid branch...

and they still say they have plenty of part timers... so they not scare of replacing us. and i was like your so call part timers mostly are still in secondary school.. they still have to go back to sch when JAN starts.... and they will all leave together... now have a lot of part timers la, but Jan leh? will u have that much? maybe yes, maybe no?

anyway, get rid of me if they want... i dun mind.. sick of working there... lastime, got Roony (can joke with him about girls, and aso gossip ) got richard, who will motivate me, we tok abt our life, he encourage me and give me an insight of what to expect in the tourism world...

btw, the management must improve.. i m sure those managers nv study principal of management (POM) that is why they sux at that...

one very important thing i learnt : As a manger, you need to motivate, praise, encourage them to do better, reward your staff if they are doing well. i dun see that in my workplace. If i would be a manager in the future, i will take note of this imp point...

one sentence: my workplace sux! thinking of quiting.. go parkway to work if they need ppl, at least there have zhixui, fang rui, yixian....
